This timely workshop will be kicked off with a presentation on the Western Governors' Association Coalbed Methane Best Practices Handbook that came out in April, 2004.

The workshop is designed for government agency employees, the oil and gas industry, conservation organizations, interested citizens, and attorneys working in the field.
