Southern Illinois University Law Journal
Paul F. Campos, Forty Years in the Desert, 20 S. Ill. U. L.J. 109 (1995), available at https://scholar.law.colorado.edu/articles/1161.

He argues that the decision should be accepted as political reality and moral necessity and that we should cease debating its merit as constitutional interpretation.
