To amend section 2 of an act of the General Assembly of the state of Colorado, entitled "An act to provide for the extension of the right of way for ditches, canals and feeder of reservoirs in certain cases, and requiring registration of all such hereafter made or enlarged;" approved February 11, 1881, being General Section no. 1720 of the General Statutes of the State of Colorado, which is section 10 of chapter LVII., of said General Statutes, entitled "Irrigation."
