To amend an act entitled "An act to create and establish criminal courts in the counties of Arapahoe, Lake and Pueblo, respectively, and to designate the time for holding the terms thereof," approved February 1, 1883; and to provide for the transfer of causes, recognizances, bonds and undertakings, and records from the criminal court of Arapahoe County to the district court of said county.
