Prohibiting the Importation into the State of Colorado of Any Bull over Six Months Old or Certain Female Cattle over Six Months Old, Unless Accompanied by a Health Certificate Showing Such Animal or Animals to Be Free from Any Contagious or Infectious Disease, and a Tuberculin Test Chart Showing Such Animal or Animals to Be Free from Tuberculosis, Providing for the Approval of Said Certificate and Chart by a Government or State Veterinary Surgeon before Shipment or Importation of Any Such Animal or Animals, Providing Conditions Under Which Such Animal or Animals May Be Brought into the State for Exhibition Purposes and Prescribing the Penalty for a Violation of this Act.
