Colorado General Assembly, "Entitled an Act to Repeal an Act Entitled "An Act Providing for the Testing of All Horses, Mules and Asses before Being Shipped into the State of Colorado with Mallein and their Being Free of the Disease Glanders, that All Mallein Tests and Physical Examinations Shall be Made by a Graduate Veterinarian Authorized by the State from which Said Horses, Mules and Asses are Being Shipped, that a Copy of the Mallein Test Chart and Health Certificate Signed by an Authorized Veterinarian Shall on the Same Day of Shipment be Sent to the State Veterinarian of the State of Colorado, and that One Copy of the Mallein Test Chart and Health Certificate Shall Also be Attached to the Bill of Lading. That no Horses, Mules, or Asses Shall be Loaded Upon any Cars After Being Tested with Mallein until Such Cars Have Been Thoroughly Cleaned and Disinfected with a 5 Per Cent.
