To Amend an Act Entitled "An Act to Determine, Define and Prescribe the Relations between Employer and Employe and Providing for Compensation and Benefits to Employes and Their Dependents for Accidental Injury to or Death of Employes for Insurance of such Compensation and Benefits; Creating a State Compensation Insurance Fund to Provide such Insurance, and Providing for its Administration by the Industrial Commission of Colorado; Prescribing its Power and Duties and Method of Procedure; Providing for Review of Its Proceedings; Providing Penalties for Violation of This Act; Repealing All Acts and Parts of Acts in Conflict with This Act; Continuing the Jurisdiction of the Industrial Commission of Colorado in Cases Arising Under Prior Acts; Validating Its Method of Procedure Under Former Acts; and Declaring This Act to be Necessary for the Immediate Preservation of Public Peace, Health and Safety".
