Relating to Poultry; and Providing for the Classification, Recognition, Control and Eradication of Pullorum Disease of Poultry in Colorado; Prohibiting the Importation of Chickens or Turkeys for Breeding Purposes Not Under Control of the National Poultry Improvement Plans; Providing for Labeling Containers of Eggs, Chicks, Poults or Breeding Stock with Respect to Pullorum Tests; Providing for the Registration and Licensing of Salesmen or Sales Agencies of Chicks, Poults or Hatching-Eggs in Colorado; and Providing that All Hatcheries Hatching or Selling Chicks, Poults or Hatching-Eggs Within the State Shall File Certified Copies of Pullorum Test Reports on All Source Flocks Supplying Such Products with the Colorado Division of Agriculture or Other Similar Department or Board.
