Concerning Corporations and Provdiing for Shares of Stock Without Par Value, and Classification of Stock, and for the Issuance of Preferred Stock by Corporations in Series by Resolution or Resolutions of the Board of Directors when the Certificate of Incorporaction or any Amendment Thereof so Provides, and Authorizing the Board of Directors to Cause Such Preferred Stock to be Issued in Such Amounts and With Such Terms and Characteristics as May be Prescribed Within the Limits, if any, of Such Certificate of Incorporation or Amendments Thereof; and to Amend Section 6, Subparagraph (c) and Section 12, of Chapter 41, Colorado Statutes Annotated, and Repealing all Acts in Conflict Therewith.
