During the past ten years Congress has made the regulation of hazardous waste a priority. This conference, “Getting a Handle on Hazardous Waste Control,” focuses on the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended in 1984, and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act.
