To repeal an act entitled "An act to create and establish criminal courts in the counties of Arapahoe, Lake and Pueblo respectively and to designate the time for holding the terms thereof" approved February 1st, 1883; and all acts amendatory thereof and to provide for the transfer of causes, recognizances, bonds and undertakings, and records from the criminal courts of Lake and Pueblo Counties to the district courts of said Lake and Pueblo Counties respectively.
