Providing That Proof of the Fact of Any Person or Persons Not Having on File a Butchers Bond as the Law Provides, Selling or Offering for Sale the Carcass of Any Neat Cattle or Any Portion of Such Carcass, without First Exhibiting the Hide of the Same Intact as Provided by Law, Shall Be Prima Facie Evidence of the Guilt of Such Person or Persons, in Their Prosecution for Larceny of Neat Cattle, the Ownership of Which Is Unknown, and Providing That One Who Purchases Beef without First Examining the Hide, Shall Be Deemed Guilty of Receiving Stolen Gods, Making Such Purchase Prima Facie Evidence of Guilty Knowledge.
