To Regulate the Practice of Optometry: to Create a Board of Optometric Examiners: to Provide for the Appointment, Term of Office, Powers and Authority of Said State Board: to Regulate the Fees and Emoluments Thereof: to Prevent the Practice of Optometry by Unauthorized Persons: to Provide for a Certificate of Competency to be Given Each Person Who Qualifies Under This Act: to Provide for a License Fee to be Exacted from Any Person Qualified Under This Act Who Wishes to Practice Optometry As an Itinerant and to Prevent Unauthorized Persons from Practicing Optometry as Itinerants: to Provide for the Punishment of Violations of This Act by Fine or Imprisonment, or Both: to Prevent Violations of This Act by Injunction: and to Repeal All Laws or Parts of Laws in Conflict Herewith.
