In Relation to the Certification of Teachers of Public Schools in the State of Colorado: to Establish a State Board of Examiners, to Prescribe the Duties Thereof: And to Repeal Chapter 165 of Session Laws of Colorado of 1909, Being an Act Entitled, "An Act to Establish a State Board of Examiners, to Prescribe the Duties Thereof, and to Repeal Section 2 of Chapter 135 of the Session Laws of 1899 and for an Act Relative to the Granting of State Diplomas;" And to Repeal Sections 5868 and 5870, of the Revised Statutes of Colorado and All Other Acts and Parts of Acts Inconsistent With This Act. Nothing in This Act Shall be Constructed to Deprive Educational Institutions in Colorado of Present Certification Powers.
