To Provide for the Conservation, Protection, Improvement and Profitable Use of Agricultural Land Resources of the State of Colorado and for Cooperation with the Governments and Agencies of Other States and of the United States Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 7 of an Act of the Congress of the United States Known as the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act, to Asent to and Accept the Provisions of Said Act; And, in Conformity Wiht the Provisions of Said Act, to Designate and Authorize the State Board of Agriculture as the State Agency of This State in Conformity with Such Provisions, to Formulate, Submit to the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States, and Administer, State Plans to Carry out the Provision of This Act, to Define the Powers and Duties of Said State Board of Agriculture as Such State Agency, to Provide for an Advisory Committee and Otherwise to Provide for the Administration of This Act, and Making an Appropriation.
