To Prohibit the Slaughtering for Human Food of Diseased Animals for the Sale or Giving Away of Diseased, Stale, Unwholesome, Unhealthy or Impure Meats; Providing a Penalty Therefor; Providing for the Inspection of All Slaughtering, Meat Canning, Salting, Packing, Rendering or Similar Establishments, and of Any Shop, Store, Cooler, Vendor's Wagon, or Other Place Where Meat Products May Be Offered for Sale, and for the Suppression of Such Establishments When Not Conducted in a Sanitary Manner; Making an appropriation to carry out the purposes of This Act and Repealing All Acts and Parts of Acts in Conflict Therewith.
