  • To Amend Section 3, 6, and 10 of Chapter 95 of the Session Laws of 1915 as Amended by Chapter 142 of the Session Laws of 1921 Entitled, "An Act to Provide for the Protection of Trees, Fruits, Crops and Pasturage Against the Ravages of Insects, Rodents, Weeds and Plant Diseases; to Provide for the Formation of Pest Inspection Districts, to Be Under the General Authority of the State Entomologist; to Authorize the County Commissioners to Do Certain Pest Control Work in Pest Districts in Co-operation with the State Entomologist; to Authorize the State Entomologist to Enter into Agreements with the Bureau of Biological Survey, United States Department of Agriculture, for Rodent Control Work; and to Make an Appropriation for Carrying Out the Provisions of This Act;" and to Provide for Such Investigations into the Habits of Pests to Agricultural and Forage Crops as are Needed to Insure Better Control; All References in Said Act to Operations for the Control of Rodents are Hereby Repealed by Colorado General Assembly
