House Concurrent Resolution No. 1003 - Submitting to the Registered Electors of the State of Colorado an Amendment to Section 15 of Article XIV of the Constitution of the State of Colorado, Providing that, the Provisions of Section 11 of Article XII of the State Constitution to the Contrary Notwithstanding, the Board of County Commissioners in Each County Has Sole Authority to Fix the Compensation of County Officers; that no County Officer's Compensation may be Decreased Unless There is a Decrease in the Compensation of All County Officers; and that Compensation in Effect on January 1, 1987, in a County Shall Remain in Effect Until Changed by the County's Board of County Commissioners.
