To repeal an act entitled "An act to provide for the creation and organization of superior courts in cities and towns; to prescribe the jurisdiction, powers, proceedings and practice of such courts, and to define the duties and qualifications of the judges and other officers connected therewith," approved February, 10, 1883, the same being chapter CIII. of the General Statutes of the state of Colorado, and to provide for the transfer of causes, civil and criminal, recognizances, undertakings, bonds, papers and books to the district court within and for the county wherein such superior court may have been held.
