To repeal sections one, two, three, four, and seven of "An act specifying what deeds, mortgages and other instruments affecting the title to real property shall contain and how they shall be executed and acknowledged; and to repeal section fifteen, of chapter XVIII., of the General Statutes, entitled 'conveyances,' and all acts and parts of acts in conflict with the provisions of this act," approved April 2, 1887.
